Key Account Manager  

The Key Account Manager is mainly responsible for developing a cooperative working relationship with selected major accounts within a territory via total account management. The effectiveness of an Account Manager is measured in terms of attainment of the following operational objectives:

• Achievement of sales volume targets and receivables management.
• Realization of collection targets.
• Attainment of distribution objectives in compliance with merchandising standards.
• Effective implementation of promotions and deals through an effective and efficient coverage of his assigned accounts, returns management, and business-building activities including regular business reviews.
• A keen recognition of business opportunities with the ability to skillfully negotiate with these accounts.

• Graduate of any business course.
• Preferrably has 3 years or more experience in the FMCG Industry.
• Has good grasp of the current marketing strategies.
• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills, and is open to meeting different people.
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Good presentation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
