Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Build key performance indicator (KPI) & performance evaluation system
- Prepare budget by department (to create manpower planning)
- Oversee, review, and drive recruitment & selection process
- Review organization chart, job description, & job grade
- Develop and execute plans for various HR scope, such as compensation & benefit
- Build & maintain company's culture by identify and execute opportunities to improve employee's engagement (training, development program)
- Effectively bridge communication between management and employees (maternity, grievances, and other related issues)
- Ensure compliance with employment laws & company policies
Trình độ tối thiểu
- 5+ years of experience in HR / People Operations
- Min. Bachelor degree in HRM, Law, Psychology, Master degree would be a plus
- Deep knowledge about full cycle HR
- Has passion to create, develop, and execute
- Problem solver
- A charismatic and energetic person, able to build a trusted relationship with multiple layers (level), push people to the limit
- Comfortable with ambiguity, fast paced, & non-stop problem solving environment
- Hands on experience in talent acquisition, organization development, & culture development at rapidly growing company
