  • Bachelor's degree in Information System or Computer Science
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field, specializing in Contact Center/Customer Service, Technical & Helpdesk Support
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Having knowledge about Troubleshooting, software/hardware issues
  • Willing to work on Shift or Weekend
