ECommerce and Ads Specialist  

Your Mission: As an E-Comm & Ads Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind our digital marketing efforts and e-commerce success. From crafting compelling ad campaigns to optimizing our online store presence

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategize, set up, and manage digital ad campaigns across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads to drive traffic and sales.

- Achieve target and optimize online marketplace presence (Tokopedia, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Bli-Bli, Lazada, Etc.) through engaging product listings, ads, promotions, and participation in monthly or major sales campaigns.

- Monitor and manage ad budgets, ensuring efficient spending and maximizing ROAS.

- Analyze performance metrics, adjust strategies for optimization, and report on campaign results and e-commerce performance.

- Collaborate with the Content & Creative Specialist to align creative content with marketing strategies, providing strategic input for ad creatives.

- Maintain relationships with marketplace representatives, staying updated on regulations and opportunities for enhanced visibility.

- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, with a strong track record of successful ad campaigns and online sales growth.

- Proficiency in ad platforms, analytics tools, and e-commerce systems.

- Strategic thinker with an analytical mind, adept at budget management and performance analysis.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and external partners.

- Willing to work in North Jakarta (PIK) area
