Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Monitor the business partner's business processes to ensure the process business runs with applicable procedures and standards
- Manage & supervise all process orders from storage, pickup, packing to shipping / delivery
- Grasp the whole delivery schedule, monitor progress to manage required delivery date
- Manage & lead a team in terms of operation, identify the challenge and develop internal operation flow plan based on operation flow
- Set up all the internal operation flow (SOP) and roles of each subordinate, always examine efficiency of each operation flow
- Research for costs in logistics and market to reach stable operation
- To be the partner of sales team in driving the distributor providing service excellence to consumers, achieved through collaborative planning/ forecasting, excellence management as well as reliable logistic solution
- Accountable for planning, organizing, and directing staff in providing timely responses to customer inquiries and resolving customer issues to ensuring customer satisfaction through the effective management of the customer service function
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Maximum age 36 years old
- Bachelor's degree in any major, industrial engineering or some other related field is advantage
- Minimum 5 years experience in same position, manage and have good relationship with, prior experience in logistics, FMCG or retail company
- Solid technical background with have a good knowledge in Logistics, Warehouse, Distribution Operation, and Delivery Management System
- Analytical and data-driven, strong numbers analytical & logical skills, strong problem solving, good in communication skills, adaptable & good attention to detail
