- Be the subject matter expert for executives in discussing a variety of legal topics.
- Research and evaluate risk factors regarding business decisions and operations.
- Apply risk management techniques on possible legal issues.
- Communicate, negotiate, and build good relationship with external parties.
- Draft and solidify legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's degree in law from reputable university. Master's degree in law is highly desired.
- Previous experience in similar role with proven track record.
- Excellent communication skill.
- Experience working in law firm will be an advantage.
- Expert in corporate law of Indonesia and foreign countries in the region.
