Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Accept incoming call from customer or prospective costumer
- Confirmation renewal contract of customer
- Make a survey satisfaction customer
- Updating to sales if there's any new information from existing customer to regional sales
- Updating to sales if there's any trouble from customer
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Public Relation or Communication
- Have experience minimum 1 year as Customer Service or Customer Relation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deal effectively with conflicting priorities and change
- Strong customer focus attention to detail
- Good communication skill
- Fluent in english both speaking & written
- Placement: Jakarta, Semarang
