Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects
- Assign and co-ordinate resources towards delivery of each scopes within needed budget
- Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives
- Oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones
- Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
- Monitor and Control changes in project scope with minimize risks and costs
- Manage reports accordance to needed systems to senior management
- Keep good relationship with clients as well internal resources and stakeholders
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science
- Professional Project Management Certification from accredited institution will be an advantage
- Experience in business processes especially in industry Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Retail and Insurance
- Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods
- Familiar with agile methodology
- Excellent time management and organization skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
- Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision making and supervising department teams
- Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills as well capable of multitasking
- Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
