Project Tasks

1. Conduct Project Management Plan and process according to applied BSI Project Methodology.
2. Conduct requirement analysis, with discussion, create mock up, etc to ensure that requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable.
3. Proactively learn new technologies, concepts and procedures as appropriate to project requirements.
4. Review as SME all deliverables during development phase (Testing scenarios) to ensure the scenarios are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible.

Operation Tasks

1. Provide support to resolve customer complaint and improvement plan resulted from CS Survey.
2. Provide periodic report based on the needs of related organizations requirement.
3. Support to realize improvement resumed in SII document.
4. Resolve incident and problem to ensure the SLA achievement.
5. Conduct incident & service request management, problem management, change management, release & deployment and service improvement as assigned

1. Minimum graduated from reputable university, Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business or Science
2. Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
3. Minimum 3 years experience as SAP SD Consultant.
4. Strong experience with about 3 years of project, and at least 2 cycle of managing middle size project
5. Intensive experience in exercising IT Project Management and Business Process Improvement
6. Have good understanding about IT Services Market & Business.
7. Specialization & Certification Required: IT Project Management, IT Architecture & Planning.
8. Have good communication, interpersonal skill, and english proficient
