Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Scopes, designs, and implements various data infrastructure projects to support the business initiatives and programs.
- Track the project implementation target timeline and deliverables against project plan
- Monitor project progress by tracking activity, raising & resolving problems, publish progress reports, and recommending actions
- Coordinate with other parties (e.g. Consumer Business Unit, Risk Control Unit, Operational Risk Management, Operational Policies & Procedures, Compliance, and IT) to gather and understand functional requirements, and develop complex queries related to policies and procedures
- Maintain procedures to ensure project management documentation, reports and plans are relevant, accurate and complete
- Regularly coordinate with the team to ensure the process runs in accordance with the applicable procedures for data management and security
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Degree in Computer/Information Technology, Business/Economics/Statistics discipline strongly preferred
- Minimum 2 years working experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects of varying size and complexity simultaneously
- Demonstrate strong complex problem solving capabilities and ability to manage tasks independently
- Highly motivated, full of initiatives and have a positive attitude
- Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop relationships across different levels of the organization
- Good written & verbal communication skills; detail-oriented, process-driven, and possess a systemic thinking
- Have prior experience or knowledge in Data Warehousing, Analytics and Big Data.
