Data Analysis
Take responsibility for participating in ASI data analysis process including :
- Collecting and maintaining of all company data under the supervision from Head of Workplace Analytics
- Data analysis including but not limited to :
- Descriptive Data Analysis
- Inferential Analysis
- Norm Analysis
- Validity Analysis
3. Asissting in preparation and implementation of data analysis projects.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Creative individuals who are not afraid of hardwork are encouraged to apply
- Minimum S1 (Psychology, Mathematics, or Statistics) from a reputable university
- Minimum 3 years experience ( Experience in Psychometrics is an advantage )
- Proficient in English
- Detail oriented
- Competent in data analysis software (SPSS, Mathlab, R, etc)
