Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Knowledge of Project Management and Software Development
- Planning out the blueprints for software projects, including defining the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and indicating tests and maintenance.
- Creating a project budget and ensuring the project adheres to the budget as closely as possible.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Manage projects through all phases – project initiation, requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, integration and testing, implementation, project closing, and post production support - With a proper sign off for each phase
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Report Project Progress and Cost Tracking periodically
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Experience as Project Manager for IT projects
- Bachelor degree from Information Technology, Information System and Management
- Banking knowledge, Core Banking System Implementation
- Knowledge of Project Management tools is a plus
- Good working knowledge of project estimation techniques
- Excellent technical knowledge
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, Communication Skill, Negotiation, Leadership, Presentation, Self Control, Confidence, Decision Making, Multi Tasking.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, Project+ certified is advantage
