Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Active engagement with Clients and Principles to gather business requirements
- Gather, analyze and document the business requirements into Functional Specification Document
- Ensure the development and implementation is in-line with client requirement
- Define proper test scenario and coordinate test activities (VIT, SIT, UAT, PAT) to ensure solutions are delivered based on expected business requirement and solution design
- Develop training material and conduct system usage training for business user
- Actively involved in the project delivery through all phases of the SDLC
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor Degree in IT with min GPA 3.00 (scale 4.00)
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as Business Analyst or System Analyst in IT Software Development project, especially for Banking
- In-depth knowledge of SDLC processes and principles (e.g., Scrum Agile or Waterfall phases of Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Implementation)
- Knowledge of Java, Linux, SQL, XML, REST API
- Knowledge of Domestic and International Payment Business Process (SKN, RTGS, TT) is an advantage
- Knowledge of Financial ISO Message Standards (e.g ISO8583, SWIFT, ISO20022) is an advantage
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
- Smart, matured, hard worker, fast learner, proactive and initiative personality
