Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Assist and ensure all training program (including the equipment such as schedule, administration, equipment, etc) run effectively and on-time based target.
- Make statistical data about training program.
- Manage all about training program and certification.
- Create and ensure training and certification reports are proper and on-time.
- Handle training and certification information system.
- Create end-to-end training program for employees.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Public Relations
- Min. 1 year experience as coordinator in related field
- Intermediate to Advanced in Ms. Excel
- Proficient in Ms. Word and Ms. Power Point
- Able to work independently and without supervision
- Have competencies in critical and analytical thinking, working systematically, and team work
- Customer focus, result, and time-drive orient
- Able to communicate in English is a plus
- Willing to be located in Gading Serpong, Tangerang
