Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Conduct interviews and psychological test schedules
- Establish cooperation with Universities and Vocational Schools
- Handle Vocational School / Campus Hiring and Job Fairs
- Make reports about Recruitment activities
- Handle External Branding (event, social media, etc.)
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology
- Min. 2 - 3 years' experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
- Have experience in Head Hunter or IT Company will be advantage
- Have the ability conduct the interview and psychological test
- Good communication skill
- Willing to work extended hours/ weekend to meet assignment requirement
- Fast Learner & Proactive
- Willing to be located in Gading Serpong, Tangerang
