Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Perform performance appraisal, people development evaluation, and career path
- Working closely with all leader to ensure that you are aware of current employee issues within the area
- Builds collaborative and consultative relationships with leaders and HR peers to understand the current and future business challenges to design effective development programs
- Measure and analyze data and conduct gap analysis to identify trends, successes and/or areas of risk (e.g. exit interview data/statistics, development needs, etc.) to recommend appropriate action
- Assist and consult on each function’s KPI development and maintenance
- Analyze and formulate employee benefits
- Doing counseling for employee and making counseling report
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university in Psychology
- Minimum GPA 3.00
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in same / related position
- Maximum 30 years old
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Have willingness to travel around the branches
- Proactive and adaptive
- Have a good numerical ability, analytical thinking, and attention to details
- Have an excellent knowledge using Ms. Excel and Google Spreadsheet
- Fluent in english
- Willing to be located in Gading Serpong, Tangerang
