Pegasystems Bootcamp (System Architect)  

Bootcamp Pega (System Architect) is a training program to develop skilled Pega System Architect to became part of Pega Development Team. Initial training includes topics about System Architect Essentials and Financial Industry Domain knowledge. The next phase includes training and mini-project in Pega core competencies for developing a business application built on the Pega Platform and ends with obtaining certification as a Pega Certified System Architect and applying the skills acquired to relevant Pega development project on the Anabatic’ s client.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Partner with both the business team and technical team and provide help in application design phase
• Create components of applications that match quality standards and built them within agreed time-frame
• Provide assistance in application testing and support during user acceptance testing
• Demonstrate professionalism by ensuring the delivered product is fully-functioning, performs to business requirements defined and approved by the client, and meets or exceeds expectations
• Responsible for implementing technical solutions on Pega Platform and Pega Financial Service Industry Framework
• Hands on experience building rules, data objects, integrations, and activities by following the best practices and guardrails
• Consulting with business users to test and debug applications to meet client needs
• Analyze, design and/or develop best practice business changes through technology solutions

• Bachelor degree in IT, information system, computer science, management information system, electrical engineering or related field (minimum GPA 3,00)
• Familiar in HTML, CSS, JavaScript development
• Deep understanding of web standards, browser compatibility issues and front end development best practices
• Understands how to create user friendly and aesthetically pleasing web pages
• Ability to collaborate with the UX Design team and provide insightful design and UX insights
• Strong software engineering knowledge; OO Design Principles
• Familiarity with server side programming languages and concepts
• Exposure to a variety of technologies, including object-oriented techniques/principles (e.g. Java, C#) database design, application & web servers is desired
• A quick learner with excellent time management and organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
• Dedication to achieving outstanding customer results
• Driven and team-oriented
• Good analytical skills and a strong sense of ownership in your work with good project management skills
• Good communication in English both oral and written
• Able to work under required time and pressure
