• Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions.
• Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it.
• Report to Sr. Head of Sales and Operations on progress and issues.

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• At least 3 years of experience as an Area Officer in the food industry.
• Goal-driven and results-oriented.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic skills.
• Team player.
• Willing to do field work.
• Willing to handle multiple stores in a particular area.
