Accounting Assistant  

Duties and responsibilities

• Weekly payables, bank reconciliation and cash management; as well as processing local payroll would be appreciated
• Preparation of account receivables and payables
• Prepares and manages checks
• Maintains orderly accounting filing system
• In-charge in the efficient recording of cash receipts and submit report to the Accounting manager
• Works on the timely submission of all the revenue reports

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent
• Fresh graduates and experienced employees are welcome to apply
• Two work locations available:
  • Kapitolyo, Pasig
  • Brgy. Sun Valley, Parañaque
• Two (2) Full time positions available
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Knowledge in accounting softwares is an advantage
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
