Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
The Business Development Associate supports the Primer Group by acquiring potential brands and businesses to aid the company in achieving its goal towards aggressive business expansion. It is his/ her duty to perform mandatory tasks such as company representation, relationship building, and marketing research.
- Primarily initiates brand and business acquisition in order to increase the company’s business portfolio through exploratory negotiations, market research, and business planning activities;
- Provides departmental support in terms of process execution and ensuring compliance with company standards;
- Reviews and negotiates basic terms of trade and contract provisions that lead to mutually beneficial agreements and assists in monitoring contract terms;
- Ensures professional representation of the company with brand principals and external organizations, such as embassies, by giving up-to-date developments concerning the company and current market trends within the various region;
- Assists in building and managing relationships with potential business partners, country managers, and SBU representatives involved in the process of brand sourcing and turnover;
- Participates in ad hoc projects and tasks as required;
- Performs other duties as may be assigned by his/ her immediate leader.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Economics, Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent;
- At least 1 year of work experience, including internships, in business development or other relevant functions;
- Must have excellent negotiation, problem solving, time management, research, and critical thinking skills;
- Must have excellent command of the English language, as well as strong verbal and written presentation and communication skills.
