Summary:
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for the daily sales for Chiller Service Department (CSD).
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinates with the following:
- Office staff for the service proposals and billings for customers.
- Operations for the routine service schedule for customers.
- Warehouse or Purchasing for materials and spare parts request.
- Initiate weekly meeting with customers.
- Do weekly updates of schedule and proposed projects.
- Create and submit quotations and estimates based on service reports.
- Help in the procurement of supplies and spare parts for repair procedures.
- Handle customer complaints and take necessary actions in addressing these complaints.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a Graduate of Aircon Technology Course or any equivalent field.
- At least 1 year of work experience in the related field.
- Preferably 1-4 of experience specializing in Sales - Corporate or any equivalent field.
