Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
The Associate Merchandiser assists in merchandising functions, primarily in data gathering and analysis, to achieve better efficiency in merchandising. Other responsibilities are as follows:
- Monitor and maintain a file of all sample merchandise and freight charges.
- Encode new merchandise in the GPS.
- Prepare initial allocation of stocks to different outlets based on the approved merchandise allocation of the merchandiser.
- Coordinate with merchandiser in gathering data for stock distribution, replenishment and consolidation.
- Prepare and distribute Inventory for Pill-out (IPO) memo and coordinates with Operations Assistant and the GPS department in effecting pull-outs.
- Prepare weekly merchandising reports on sales/feedback on new merchandise.
- Consolidate sales data and prepares monthly merchandising reports/analysis for monthly sales meetings.
- Prepare sales memo, price lists and product briefs.
- Conduct bi-annual market survey/research on competition regarding merchandise pricing and trends.
- Participate in merchandising meetings to give inputs.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of any 4-year related course, preferably in Marketing.
- At least two (2) years of experience in any staff, merchandising, sales, or marketing function.
- Computer literate.
- Very good communication skills, both written and oral.
- Interpersonal skills
- Attentive to details.
- Knowledgeable of problem solving tools.
