The Brand Supervisor oversees the performance and manages the merchandising, marketing and operations of assigned brand/s to ensure the attainment of sales and marketing objectives.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Formulate the business plan for assigned brand/s including but not limited to the sales, marketing, merchandising objectives, programs, and budgets.
- Attend global conferences, product launches, meetings with principals.
- Lead product selection for season buys and merchandise mix.
- Monitor and evaluate the sales performance of brand and inventory level to achieve optimum sales to inventory ratio.
- Correspond regularly with principals/suppliers on brand concerns including FOBs and MOQs.
- Prepare and submit brand reports and updates as required by principals.
- Scout market for viable distribution, monitor the performance of doors, and recommend appropriate actions on doors.
- Conceptualize, implement, and evaluate marketing activities to promote the brand, product and door awareness.
- Coordinate with advertising/PR agencies for communication and advertising requirements and monitors the same.
- Prepare brand presentation materials and conducts brand/product orientation to concerned parties, both internal and external.
- Conduct trainings for store people including brand and product to help overall performance of staff
- Keep abreast with new brands and trends in the market and observes competitors regularly for pricing and new product lines.
- Recommend sales programs to further improve sales performance and motivate sales people.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of any 4-year related course preferably in Marketing.
- At least two (2) years of experience in a related position.
- Preferably with strong background in merchandising, sales, or marketing functions.
- Business acumen.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
