Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Develop innovative design multimedia solutions within the constraints of cost and time
- Illustrate and explain concepts by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic and business concepts.
- Develop and design projects by gathering information and data through research
- Contribute ideas and design artwork to the overall project
- Ensure a consistent & high standard of visual execution across all media
- Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design/Creative Multimedia/Advertising or any related field
- Minimum 3-4-years experience in the related field
- Have strong overall knowledge in graphic design, photography, typography, and layout
- Strong conceptualization ability, strong visual communication ability, story-telling processability, and drawing skills
- Ability to effectively present ideas - both verbally and visually
- Have the ability to manage multiple projects and remain flexible through multiple revisions while keeping hyper attention to detail
- A dynamic and agile approach to the rapidly changing demands of a growing company
- Ability to motivate and develop the team to deliver to the highest standards.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with an ability to delegate, influence and priorities
- Experience working as a designer within an agency is a plus
- Experience in consumer marketing with high-ticket products and services are a plus
- Enjoy mentoring junior designers
