Accountant  

• Preparation of accurate supporting schedules and subsidiary ledgers every scheduled period.
• Preparation and submission of tax reports prescribed by the BIR and ensure to meet submission and payment on or before the deadline;
• To prepare audit schedules in coordination with other section/departments and liaise with auditors including BIR or government examiners;
• To be compliant on all government reportorial requirement in coordination with other department.
• Establishes consistent and reliable monitoring of accounts payable.
• Organizes and maintains updated financial reports of aging of accounts payable.
• Ensures prompt processing of cash advances and other requests to support the requirements of company’s operations.
• To continually work to improve systems and procedures related to inventory to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Assists in financial management and analysis as needed.

• Bachelor’s Degree graduate in Accountancy / Financial Management
• Preferably a CPA, but not required
• At least 2 years experience in the related field is required
• Strong knowledge in Philippine Taxation, PFRS related to Revenue, Receivables and Payables.
• Experience in an Oracle, SAP, NetSuite or other ERP environment is essential
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Excellent command in English
• Willing to render longer hours (when needed)
