Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Warehouse Inventory.
- Encoding incoming/ outgoing stocks via Inventoria.
- Reporting to Purchasing Manager if stocks reach reordering point. Inventory should not reach Zero Level.
- Generating reports thru Inventoria.
- Cancel Orders in Quick Books / Inventoria System.
- Local Trade Inventory:
- Encoding sales for local trade via excel.
- Reconciliation of Office Records (Warehouse Inventory – inventoria and Local Trade Inventory – excel) Vs. Warehouse Physical Inventory.
- Generating monthly reports like:
- Monthly Active Suppliers/ Top 10 Active Suppliers/ Top 3 Suppliers – in terms of Peso Value.
- Total Cost of Goods sold for the month/ Total Purchase for Warehouse Stock/ Total Purchase for Local Trade – in terms of metric ton and Peso Value
- Total Cost of Goods sold for the year/ Total Purchase for Warehouse Stock/ Total Purchase for Local Trade – in terms of metric ton and Peso Value
- Stock Aging
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Industrial Engineering graduate or any business course
- With at least 1 year of experience
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Fast Typing Skills (65WPM)
