Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Create the following:
- Delivery Schedule Report.
- Material Requisition Form for truck repairs and parts request.
- Provide delivery schedule update.
- Provide and update delivery charge.
- Establish 3PL/Trucking.
- Check and monitor equipment, truck, fork lift, and motorcycle maintenance.
- Handle Drivers' and Checkers' issues and concerns.
- Monitor sea shipment.
- Ensure the following:
- Low shipping and landed cost.
- Timeliness of delivery.
- Accuracy of delivered and picked up items.
- Truck is always in good condition for delivery and pick-up activities.
- Cost efficient delivery line-up or schedule.
- Maximize truck capacity.
- Provide logistics report.
- Facilitate pick-up of items at port.
- Handle customers' delivery concerns.
- Avoid wrong delivery and backloaded items.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any equivalent course.
- At least 3 years of experience in delivery management, gained in an operations environment.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills both oral and written.
- Strong background in Microsoft Office applications.
- Background in automotive and diesel mechanic is an advantage.
- Computer literate.
- Familiar with the different routes and places in Metro Manila and nearby provinces in replacement of existing movable equipment as it becomes obsolete or deteriorates.
