Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Manages everyday bank deposits.
- Encodes cash and checks received to Quickbooks.
- Checks returned checks, if any.
- Checks online payment and thru phone and records the same in Quickbooks.
- Monitors daily funds.
- Confirms daily checks issued.
- Monitors the company’s loans from booking, monthly interest payment, settlement of loan.
- Monitors the company’s Letters of Credit from opening, documentation, booking of payment to beneficiary, funding of accounts thru funds transfer, etc.
- Monitors payment of employees’ cash advance.
- Handles letters of credit from opening, documents, invoices.
- Monitors payment to suppliers for check release every Fridays and Saturdays.
- Monitors funding of the company’s post dated check payments to suppliers
- Monitors payment of commissions every Tuesdays.
- Encodes petty cash transactions.
- Processes PO approval and Cut-to-Size (CTS) approval, quotation of PO confirmation.
- Assigns daily schedule of collectors.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Accounting graduate, CPA
- With 3 – 5 yrs related work experience in the same capacity
- Strong analytical skills
- With good leadership and people-handling skills
