- Conduct market and real estate research analysis to determine best strategy for the business
- Assist in streamlining and straight-through-processing of systems and operations across all departments
- Analyze data and present recommended business solutions
- Coordinate with the management in order to prioritize business needs
- Design, project manage, and implement systems that will support data management and optimization
- Manage initiated projects by working closely with key resources and the management
- Conceptualize structures and procedures that will increase operations efficiency
- Define operational requirements of key business strategies and ensure execution of these throughout the company
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of business, economics, finance, or management engineering
- Strong analytical capabilities and critical thinking
- Project management skills
- Strong problem-solving, organization and planning skills
- Willing to work with a diverse set of people across the company
- Highly adaptive (willing to learn and easy to train)
- Keen attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (intermediate proficiency in Excel) and Google Suitea
