We are looking for a licensed architect to help lead our design iniatives. In addition to drafting and signing off on plans, you will be managing our engineering consultants. the We are currently forming our core team and this position is a key building block.
All of our projects are developed from the ground up. As you can see from our website (www.pointblue.ph), we take an innovative approach to all aspects of real estate development.
You will be tasked with understanding our current design guidelines, and limitations. You will have the opportunity to design future projects from an architectural perspective. We have 2 projects under construction with 3 more in the popeline.
The architect will report directly to the CEO and will also be working in coordination with our engineering team.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least 5 years of working experience;
- Knowledge of the permitting process, construction material pricing and procurement is a plus.
