He/she will be reporting to the Human Resource Manager.
- Employee Relations: Serve as an advocate for company core values and culture
- Employee Relations: Assist on the implementation of employee engagement programs
- Recruitment: Source, screen, and conduct interviews of applicants (officer level)
- Recruitment: Secure pre-employment requirements
- Administration: Complete and update employee records (including 201 files)
- Administration: Assist on management of employee government accounts (such as SSS, Pag-ibig, PhilHealth etc.)
- Administration: Ensure all employees Annual Physical Examination (APE)
- Administration: Maintain leave records of employees
- Administration: Secure that employee HR-related concerns are addressed
- Administration: Escallate company violations and incident reports to Human Resource Head
- Administration: Serve as a liaison with outsource service providers
- Administration: Assist on developing HR-related systems and procedures
- Training and Development: Process employee training requirements
- Training and Development: Facilitate and organize Human Resource initiated trainings
