Client Manager (CRM)

We are looking for a manager who will lead the Client Relationship Department in cultivating lasting partnerships with new and existing clients.

He/she is fully accountable for ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving client concerns in all related communication platforms (i.e. email, social media accounts). He/she is also expected to address and establish process improvements to fulfil continued quality service.

He/she is also responsible for supervising the team that handles promotional and advertising campaigns in all social media platforms, and shall manage their corresponding budget. Thus, is also expected to initiate and establish cohesive sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and develop new partnerships.

Expect possible meetings with potential partners, including presenting of the company’s profile and its marketing campaign materials.

The CRM will work closely with the Property Management Head.
