CSA Engineer  

​​​​​​The Civil/Structural/Architectural Engineer candidate will be working as the Construction Management Lead and shall be reporting to the Construction Head and the CEO.

He/she is responsible for the following tasks:

• Supervise all Site Engineers
• Consolidate and present the report of the team to the CH & CEO
• Reports daily to the Construction head for any updates (via viber, e mail or any medium specified by the Company)
• Serve as the owner’s site representative
• Serve as the point person between the Owner and Contractor;
• Ensures construction work is carried out in compliance with contract and its related documents, i.e. FCD’s, BOQ, Specs, Schedule, HSE, Quality;
• Evaluates Contractor’s billings as to quantities; drawing & other submittals;
• Attends internal meetings and those with the vendors/contructors
• Coordinates with other departments re: items related to construction;
• Recommends ways to improve construction methods vis-a-vis actual site conditions;
• Others, as may be required related to his position.

• 3-5 years experience in vertifical construction
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Preferably Civil Engineer or Architect
• Proficient in Autocad
