Provide clerical support in the preparation of accounting documents and in the collection of outstanding premiums.

Collection

• Follows up direct clients for the collection of overdue accounts through timely phone calls and collection letters.
• Ensures appropriate and timely cancellation of overdue accounts.

Accounting

• Prepares and releases checks, commissions and cash vouchers.
• Records branch administrative expenses and agents’ commissions.
• Reports Cash Advance expenses of officers and staff.
• Prepares branch reconciliation and disbursement reports.
• Prepares withholding tax certificates.

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree Course, preferably Accounting & Finance-related
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
