The Channel Engagement Manager will ensure attainment of assigned sales targets by recruiting leaders and members of the agency distribution channel in their area of operations - enhancing the agency force's productivity and building strong relationships between them and the company.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in the field of sales and distribution management where the job entailed attainment of sales targets and dealing with distributors, agents, and clients.
- Work experience in a life insurance company is preferred but not a must.
- Strong people skills.
- Ability to attract people to join our organization.
- Ability to easily learn the technical side of the business.
