To design, develop, implement, monitor and evaluate Organizational Development programs and projects supporting the following :
- Culture-building / Employee Value Proposition/ Employee Engagement (Kaizen)
- Performance Planning and Appraisal
Trình độ tối thiểu

Graduate of Psychology, HR or any 4-year related course.

At least three (3) years experience in Human Resource Development Management with emphasis on HR Systems and Structures.

Must have at least 1 year experience in handling people.

Experienced in all areas of Human Resource Development (i.e. systems design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation)
a. Proficient in computer and desktop publishing software
b. MS Office (especially Word, Excel and Powerpoint) -
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent problem-solving skills
