Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Knowledgeable and can handle different general accounting processes (e.g Bank Reconciliation, Cash application, collection and intercompany accounting)
- All Accounts recievable
- Ensure all cash transactions reflected in bank statements are properly validated and accounted
- Ensure timely resolution of book and bank reconciling items
- Ensure cash transactions are compliant to Cash handling and management policies and procedures by considering the following:
- Effectiveness- deliver expected ourput/result with good internal control
- Effeciency- streamline processes and avoidance of non- value adding activities
- Regulation compliance- Philippine Accounting standards and internal policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other teams within finance on policies and proicedures improvement.
- Job Location: 127 Progress Avenue Carmelray Industrial Park 1, Canlubang, Calamba City Laguna.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Accountacy graduate
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Account Receivables and General Accounting, preferably in manufacturing set- up
- Cash Handling and Management, Besr practices and updates
- Philippine Accounting standards
- Knowledgeable in ERP (Navision, SAP, Oracle
- Good Communication skills.
- Reliever for 3 months
