The Human Resource Specialist is responsible for assisting the Human Resources Officer in coordinating and implementing policies and procedures in:
- Recruitment and selection
- Compensation and benefits administration
- Labor and employee relations
- Other areas in Human Resource Management.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Psychology or any behavioral courses;
- At least two (2) year of related work experience;
- Capability of handling confidential matters.;
- Must have the ability to establish effective interpersonal relationships with colleagues;
- Computer literacy in data processing and company-required software is required;
- Ability to communicate clearly in English and good command of English, both oral and written is preferred.
