- Represent the Executive by:
- Attending meetings in the Executive's absence.
- Speaking for the Executive.
- Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information.
- Write emails, transcribing notes, faxing, copying, and creating spreadsheets, or printing documents figure heavily in an Executive Assistant's day.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Perform other tasks the management deemed necessary.

- Bachelor's/College degree in Business Studies, Business Management, or its equivalent.
- Preferably 1 to 4 years of experience.
- Computer literate.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
