Documentation Supervisor (Davao)  

Job Description:
Credit Evaluation
1. Supervise the daily activities and output of personnel under the Credit Evaluation Section.
2. Ensure that each of the Documentation Assistants - Loan Evaluators releases Notice of Credit Evaluation.
3. Conduct regular weekly review of Documentation Assistants.
Booking
1. Ensure endorsement of MSVS to HDMF.
2. Ensure credit and release of results of bookable accounts.
3. Ensure regular coordination with the Sales Operations Group.
Loan Approval
1. Ensure completeness and validity of documents.
2. Achieve zero return of folders processed and submitted to lending institutions.
Take Out and Annotation
1. Ensure annotation of Deed of Assignment to the Title within 5 working days.
2. Achieve zero return of folders processed and submitted to lending institutions.
Collection Efficiency
1. Achieve at least 97% collection efficiency rating of all financed accounts.
Conversion
1. Convert the title within 6 months reckoned from loan releases

Job Qualifications:
* Graduate of any business or management related courses
* At least 3-5 years solid experience in home loans processing and coordination with lending institutions.
* Has knowledge in housing loan processing and documentation, credit or finance, process and requirements of home lending institutions and related government agencies.
* Compute literate, good communication skills, mulit-tasking skills.
