Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Assisting in the preparation of job costing reports.
- Processing disbursements by accurately entering data into the system on a weekly basis.
- Checking the accuracy of daily time record reports by matching the biometrics data with the summary report every payroll period.
- Assisting in processing of Requests for Payment and Replenishment Reports of revolving funds.
- Monitoring inventory of tools and materials by conducting actual inventory count and system count.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy with good scholastic records.
- Preferably a CPA.
- Must have work experience in real estate / construction company.
- Must have knowledge regarding various accounting functions.
- Proficiency in using MS Office.
- Knowledge in Quickbooks is an advantage.
- Must be able to work under minimal supervision.
- Must be keen to details, trustworthy, and has good interpersonal skills.
