Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Prepare Master Deed for all projects of PHINMA Properties through coordination with different departments
- Maintain a monitoring of schedule of court and administrative agency hearings/meetings of the Legal Officers and ensure that documents required are prepared prior to the meeting schedule
- Request office supplies and cash advances for the department
- Serve as the petty cash custodian for everyday expenses
- File pleadings to various government agencies (e.g. courts, HLURB, NWRB, PRC, etc.)
- Assist the Corporate Secretary in preparing minutes of meeting & documents during BOD meetings (condominium corporation) to be filed in SEC
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Must have Law units taken.
- With at least 1 year work experience in law firm or other related job
- Proficient in using MS Office
- Must be organize, punctual and keen to details
- Has good interpersonal and effective research skills
- Excellent command of the English language, both oral and written
