Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Handles the administration and support of assigned IT systems (HR/Sage 300) by:
- Regularly monitoring assigned systems
- Performing routine administration tasks
- Performing investigative analysis and troubleshooting activities
- Attending to the support requests of the users
- Conducting training/orientation to system users
- Coordinating with the 3rd party service providers as needed
- Creating customized reports for system users
- Creating customized system enhancements through macro development
- Handles the execution of tasks on assigned projects by:
- Coordinating with the users and service providers
- Performing the required system analysis and design tasks
- Documentation of project plans and targets
- Documentation of planned and actual activities
- Conducting testing and documentation of test results
- Handles the required operational and project documentation activities by:
- Writing technical procedures, manuals, presentation slides and reports
- Creating diagrams of process and data flows
- Provides 1st level support for the development, installation and implementation of IT Systems
- Provides helpdesk support to user groups assigned by MIS Head
- Writes technical procedures, documentation, and conducts training to users
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Must possess a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or its equivalent from a reputable school
- With at least one (1) year work experience in applications and system support roles
- Knowledgeable in either or all of the ff: ERP or HRIS Systems, accounting, crystal reports, and SQL functions
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Willing to work in Makati
