Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
The Accounting Staff is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to all aspects of general accounting and accounts payable process.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reviews request for payment including the supporting documents such as purchase order, delivery receipt and invoices; and employees expense report for appropriate documentation and approval
- Prepares accounts payable vouchers
- Performs balance sheet account reconciliations as required
- Performs accounting and clerical functions
- Performs other tasks as assigned
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Computer literacy (MS Word & Excel);
- Above average interpersonal skills;
- Able to understand financial transactions including the accounting entries and appropriate tax rates
- Time management and prioritization skills
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in general accounting and accounts payable
