- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Expertise in marketing communications and direct marketing disciplines including: traditional print, digital and telephone direct marketing practice along with emerging new media marketing
- Outstanding and proven track record of delivering successful marketing and communications programmes, preferable in the B2B space. Proven ability to liaise with senior stakeholders to develop and implement BDEV plans effectively, coupled with the ability to handle pressure, adapt quickly to change and multitask
- Industry experience 5-7 years within a corporate or agency environment; planning & executing high-impact marketing campaigns, communications/PR, activities and events. Solid experience working with 3rd party agencies to budget and timescales. Interest or experience in the media/communications industry is an advantage
- Experience in dealing with a range of senior stakeholders and can demonstrate that they have been an effective member of a team
- Confident and comfotable working with a broad range of customers, from SMEs. to MNCs, Operational personnel to CEOs.
- Advanced Microsoft, Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver and an understanding of various digital file formats and printing terminology
