- Devise and recommend strategies for providing support and motivation for volunteers
- Conceptualize approaches for volunteer career path development
- Design and expand training and development programmes based on the needs of the organization and the individual
- Supervise the delivery of training and development programmes and recommend improvements in the organization's training strategy for volunteers
- Conduct volunteer engagement appraisals
- Evaluate volunteer training and development programmes
- Work with the Program Officer to amend programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment
- Help volunteer managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups
- Keep up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses
- Maintain an understading of e-learning techniques, and where relevant, being involved in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning packages
- Research new technologies and methodologies in volunteer learning and presents this research
- Keep volunteer management database updated with all volunteer training information
- Ensure proper resouce mobilization
- Perofrm timely liquidation of cash issuances and submits corresponding reports
- Consider the costs of planned programmes and keeping within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any training or development programme is becoming increasingly important
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Social Sciences, Development Studies or related courses
- Understanding of the Red Cross Youth movement, Red Cross 143, and the Red Cross Youth Programs
- Working knowledge on Project/Program Management and Volunteer Management
- Good communication and presentation skills
