Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Facilitate the bidding process, securing goods/services within budget, and in compliance with regulatory requirements;
- Monitor procurement activities and milestones for proper reporting to relevant offices and/or end users;
- Receive request from chapters and NHQ offices for procurement of goods/services subject to bidding;
- Take custody of procurement documents and be responsible for the sale and distribution of bidding documents to interested bidders;
- Organize and make all necessary arrangement for the BAC meeting, pre-bid conferences, and assist in bid meetings;
- Prepare minutes of the BAC meetings and ensure that all procurement undertaken are properly documented; and
- Create, maintains and updates the registry of suppliers and service providers ensuring the compliance with procurement policies and procedures
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Office Administration or related courses
- Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience related to procurement/purchasing
- Has a high sense of urgency, initative and willing to work with foreign delegates.
