Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Require schedule of account and/or correct entries
- Undertake first-hand recording and sorting/classifying of financial transaction on prescribed book of accounts
- Coordinate with Staff and Officers concerned regarding liquidation’s of working sub-advances and prompt accomplishment of reimburse field expenses vouchers
- Ensure timely updating of bookkeeping records
- Advise Head of Office through pertinent annotation on entries for baseline reference and appropriate basis for action
- Assist in the preparation of the Chapter/Office annual budget proposal.
- Make compiled bookkeeping records a reference
- Perform other duties and function that may be assigned from time to time
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business Administration major in Accounting or other related courses
- Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience
- Preferably with experience as a Philippine Red Cross staff member or volunteer
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
