Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Review and recommend enhancements to existing RCY programs, activities and strategies
- Create and develop new strategies with a focus on sustainability
- Ensure all programs and activities meet the needs of audiences nationally
- Strive to increase and maintain RCY numbers in line with Chapter goals, targets, and objectives
- Build and maintain effective networks & relationships with Community Leaders, Universities, Colleges, Schools, and Associations etc.
- Review and recommend enhancements to existing RCY training programs
- Create and develop new training programs tailored to an RCY audience
- Provide coaching and mentoring to RCY members
- Deliver volunteer training programs in line with Philippine Red Cross goals, targets, and objectives
- Coordinate & support RCY events, workshops & camps
- Monitor the progress and success of strategies, programs, and activities aimed at RCY
- Evaluate & recommend improvements
- Deliver reporting regarding RCY
- Assist the Chapter Administrator and wider team with Chapter operations, activities, special projects and assignments as required
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Capability to develop strong relationships and work with staff and volunteers from various backgrounds and demographics
- Ability to make decisions in-line with organizational goals and values
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Collaborates with team members to achieve shared outcomes
- Deliver a solutions-based approach.
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in training or facilitation
- Experience with PRC as a staff member or volunteer preferred (or similar humanitarian organization)
- Understanding of RCY programs and goals preferred
- Project management or coordination experience, an advantage
- Demonstrated proficiency with applications such as Word, Excel, PPT
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
