Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Collect payments, remittances by accepting cash or check from donors/stakeholders and issues the necessary official receipt
- Prepares daily collections report and submit to Chapter Administrator
- Deposit funds and daily collections to accredited banks everyday
- Prepares daily cash receipts schedule and other reportorial requirements a needed by chapter and NHQ
- To report for work during emergencies, calamities as may be determined by the Chapter Administrator
- To perform other administrative functions as may be assigned by the Head of Office from time to time
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or any course related to the position
- Minimum of 1 year working experience.
- Willing to work beyond office hours, holidays and during times of disaster
